are a direct mail order company that seek to provide the finest Cuban
cigars at prices up to 40% below those typically found in markets such
as the UK, Germany and Japan. All our cigars are genuine products of
Havana and are purchased through recognised importers.
There are many excellent handmade cigars that are produced in
neighbouring countries of the region which some stockists will
represent as Havana cigars by virtue of the tobacco leaf having being
grown from tobacco seeds derived from Cuba. We do not supply such
cigars and only stock the genuine article. We specialise exclusively in
supplying the finest quality original handmade Havana cigars direct
from Cuba.
Restrictions placed in the marketplace mean that we cannot yet match
the low prices enjoyed by Havana Cigar aficionados in some countries
but we are working hard to match these so that our customers can enjoy
cigars at comparable prices.
We cover all major Havana brands currently available but if you don't
find what you want in stock we will obtain it for you and what is more
you will still receive the benefit of the greatly discounted prices
that we are able to offer to our customers

we provide a brief description of each of our cigars on our website we
are always available to discuss your selection and choice in more
detail. Please feel free to telephone, fax or e-mail
us directly so that we can advise more fully. Once you are registered
with us, we will regularly update you about our special promotions as
they become available in the future together with details of further

Ordering
Upon placing your order with us you will receive an immediate e-mail
response acknowledging receipt of the order. If for any reason this has
not occurred you should contact us without delay and notify us of the
situation.
Delivery
We set a deadline for delivery of your ordered goods of 10 working
days. This applies to orders both within and outside the UK. Once you
are fully registered with us, however, you will experience significant
improvements in these delivery deadlines as you place subsequent orders
with us. For our regular customers, who know in advance what items they
would like to receive, we establish convenient delivery dates for the
shipment of their selected goods which can range from once a week to
every six months or a year.
Sales back up
Once you have received your order, we will contact you to ensure that
the items have been received in good order and are to your complete
satisfaction
Refunds and
Returned items
All goods are rigorously inspected prior to shipment and fully insured
against loss or damage during transit. If, in the unlikely event you
receive goods which do not meet your expectations from descriptions
given by us on the website, then you will be entitled to a full refund
of your money so long as they are returned to us within two weeks of
receipt. If you receive goods which are in any way damaged, we must be
notified within 24 hours so that the damaged item can either be
replaced or refunded in full, whichever you prefer. If you have a
change of mind with respect to any item you have purchased from us, you
can return it to us within two weeks of delivery and receive a credit
note on the full amount paid. Any items lost or damaged in transit will
be replaced or refunded immediately. Please note that none of the above
affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
